Features of Waterhog Premium Forklift Truck mats:
Reinforced, crushproof rubber nubs, ensure that the mat can cope with the weight of a loaded forklift and create an upper level to the mat. The forklift travels over this upper level, which means it doesn’t travel through the dirt and moisture previously removed from previous passes over the mat. The dirt and moisture is scraped and wiped off the wheels, which falls to the lower level of the mat, where it is held. Up to 6.5 litres per square metre can be collected before the mat is required to be cleaned. Cleaning is easily done through hosing down, pressure washing or sweeping the Forklift Truck mat.
The heavy rubber base resists movement. We can suggest simple ways to prevent any movement in busy forklift truck areas if necessary.
