Cleaning Instructions
Cotton Plus™ mats can be maintained using several effective cleaning methods:

Vacuum regularly
- Daily in high-traffic areas
- Weekly in lower-traffic areas
- Extractor cleaning or hosing down for heavy soiling
- Commercial laundering following the recommended laundering instructions
After cleaning, hang mats to dry. Mats must be completely dry and cooled before being returned to service or rolled.
Laundering Instructions (Commercial)
- Flush: 2–3 min, medium water level, max 49°C
- Flush (optional): 2–3 min, medium water level, max 27°C
- Break: 5–10 min, high water level, max 49°C
- Rinse: 2 min, high water level, cold
- Rinse: 2 min, high water level, cold
- Extract: Low speed, 1–2 min
- Shakeout: Drum turning, 1 min
- Extract: Max 250G, 3–5 min
- Dry (optional): 15–30 min, max basket temp 82°C
- Cooldown: 5 min
Additional Recommendations
- Heavy soiling: Temperature may be increased to max 60°C (frequent washing at this temperature may cause colour loss)
- Use low-pH, non-ionic detergents (pH 6–9.5)
- Do not wash with nylon or synthetic yarn mats
- Do not over-dry
- Ensure mats are fully dry to prevent mildew
