Routine Cleaning

  Ensure mats are completely dry and cooled before being rolled or returned to service.

Commercial Laundering Instructions

• Flush:
  2–3 minutes, medium water level, max 49°C

• Flush (Optional):
  2–3 minutes, medium water level, max 49°C

• Break:
  2–3 minutes, high water level, max 49°C

• Rinse:
  2 minutes, high water level, cold temperature

• Rinse (Repeat):

Additional Washing Recommendations

• All solution-dyed mats can be washed together

• For heavily soiled mats, temperatures may be increased up to 71°C

• Wash and rinse baths should maintain a pH between 6 and 9.5

• Use low-pH, non-ionic detergents

• Do not overdry – basket temperature must not exceed 82°C

• If not fully dried, increase final rinse to 49°C to reduce moisture retention

• Always lay mats flat after washing and allow to cool before rolling
