FLAMMABILITY:
Passes BS 4790 (1987) determination of the flammability of textile floorcoverings: Low radius of effects of ignition.
Regular Cleaning: Vacuum frequently to remove surface dirt and debris.
Shake or Beat: Lift and shake the mat or gently beat it to dislodge trapped dirt.
Initial Shedding: Some fibre shedding is normal during the first few weeks—this will reduce over time.
Drying: If the mat becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally.
Important: Avoid excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals, as these can damage the natural fibres.
The Coir Logo Mat features a hand-inlaid design, ensuring your branding is built into the mat rather than simply printed on the surface.
Skilled craftsmen carefully cut sections of coloured coir and insert them into the base matting by hand, creating your logo piece by piece. This traditional technique means the design becomes part of the mat’s structure—rather than sitting on top of it.

Because the logo is physically constructed within the mat, it maintains its appearance even under regular foot traffic—making it a reliable and professional branding solution for busy entrances.
Extract on low speed, 1-2 Min.
Shake out with the drum turning, 1 Min.
Extract, on a maximum of 250G, 3-5 Min.
Dry (optional), 5-10 Min. with a maximum basket temperature of 82 °C
Cool down, 5 Min.
Additional Recommendations:
For Heavy Soiled Mats, increase temperature up to max. 60°C.
The wash or rinse baths should have a pH between 6 and 9.5; use low pH non-ionic detergents.
Do not overdry mats; Basket-temperature of dryer should not exceed 82 °C.
If mats are not dried, final rinse can be increased to 49 °C. This will reduce moisture retention following extraction.
