Pro-Waffle Entrance Matting is a heavy-duty commercial entrance matting solution designed to help keep large buildings cleaner, safer, and more professional-looking. Supplied in roll format, it is ideal for covering expansive entrance areas, reception spaces, and lobby environments where high volumes of foot traffic regularly bring dirt and moisture indoors.
The raised waffle-pattern surface effectively scrapes dirt, debris, and moisture from footwear before it reaches interior floor finishes. Manufactured using recycled PET fibres made from plastic bottles, the surface combines excellent moisture retention with a sustainable approach to entrance flooring.
A durable PVC backing provides dimensional stability and ensures the mat remains flat and secure when installed. With its low-profile 7mm construction, Pro-Waffle Entrance Matting can be laid directly onto existing floors and, when fitted with optional bevelled edging, helps minimise trip hazards while maintaining a professional appearance.

Cleaning Insttructions
To maintain appearance and performance:
- Vacuum regularly to remove dirt and debris
- Spot clean as required using a mild detergent
- For heavily soiled areas, use a carpet extractor
- Allow matting to dry fully before returning to service
- Regular maintenance will maximise dirt retention performance and lifespan
Instalation
Preparation
- Ensure the floor surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and contaminants.
- Degrease the installation area if required.
- Measure and cut the matting to fit the installation area.
Loose-Lay Installation
- Position the matting directly onto a clean, level floor surface.
- Suitable for smaller entrance areas where permanent fixing is not required.
Tape Installation
- Clean and degrease the back of the matting.
- Apply strips of heavy-duty double-sided tape evenly across the underside.
- Remove the release paper.
- With two people, carefully position the matting onto the floor.
- Press firmly into place.
Permanent Installation
- For permanent fixing, use a suitable flooring adhesive such as:
- F Ball Styccobond F73
- Follow adhesive manufacturer guidelines for application and curing times.
