Instalation Instructions
Using Steel Connectors
- Lay the first mat in the desired position.
- Position the adjoining mat alongside it.
- Insert one end of the steel connector into the designated connection hole of the first mat.
- Align the second mat and insert the opposite end of the connector into the corresponding hole.
- Repeat the process until the required area is covered.
- Ensure all connections are securely fitted before vehicle access.
Using PU Connectors
- Position mats side by side in the required layout.
- Insert PU connectors into the connection holes.
- Tighten the connector using an Allen key or socket wrench.
- Check all connections before use.
- Continue connecting mats until the access route or work area is complete.
Removal
- Remove connectors using the reverse installation process.
- Lift mats using the integrated carry handles.
- Stack flat for transport or storage.
Cleaning Instructions
- Sweep away loose dirt, mud, and debris regularly.
- Wash with water or a pressure washer as required.
- Allow mats to dry before stacking or storing.
- Inspect connectors and connection holes for wear before reuse.
- Store flat on a level surface away from excessive heat sources.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents.
