Description
The UltraTrack HD Heavy-Duty Ground Mat is engineered for demanding environments where dependable ground protection is essential. Manufactured from recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this 15mm structural mat is built to withstand extreme pressure while protecting underlying surfaces from damage.
With a load capacity of approximately 50–120 tonnes (depending on ground conditions), UltraTrack HD is ideal for heavy plant access, crane operations, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Its dual heavy traction surfaces provide excellent grip in all weather conditions, helping improve site safety and reduce slippage risk for vehicles and machinery. The modular design allows multiple mats to be securely connected using PU or steel connectors, enabling the rapid creation of temporary roadways, working platforms, and crane pads.

Installation Instructions
- Position mats in the required layout on prepared ground.
- Insert one end of the steel connector into the slot on the first mat.
- Align the second mat at the required angle or side-by-side position.
- Insert the opposite end of the connector into the adjacent mat.
- Continue the process until the full access route or work area is covered.
- For PU connectors, tighten using a socket or Allen key to secure.
- To remove, reverse the installation steps carefully and lift mats sequentially.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Wash down with water after use to remove mud and debris
- Use pressure washing for heavy contamination if required
- Avoid strong solvents or chemicals that may damage the surface
- Inspect connectors regularly before reuse
- Store flat or evenly stacked on a level surface
- Ensure mats are fully dry before long-term storage
