We’ve checked your order with our cutting team, and they have confirmed that the mat was cut to 96.1cm x 72.1cm, against the ordered size of 96cm x 72cm. This is within the 1mm tolerance for each dimension. We do appreciate, however, that even a small difference can be frustrating when a mat needs to fit a specific space. We’re sorry you didn’t contact us before leaving your review, as we would have been very happy to look into this with you and help find a solution. Fits great and is good quality but it absolutely reeks of acrid rubber stink. Thank God it’s not actually inside the house as it would be intolerable. As it’s between the front door and a second entrance door, I’ve had the main door to the outside open to air it for two weeks but it’s done no good. I can’t imagine people who would have this inside the house !

The quality of this mat is very good, just be aware it’s quite thick so make sure you have sufficient gap if a door is going to be going over the top of it. Overall I’m really pleased with it and would recommend it.
